Shipping policy

All orders are sent with Royal Mail, and you can choose between 24-hour or 48-hour delivery at checkout.

We aim to pack and send your order the same day or within 24 hours of your purchase. Once your parcel has left us, delivery times are in the hands of Royal Mail, so while we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly, we can only deliver as fast as our lovely couriers allow.

How your order will be packaged

For orders of up to 10 greetings cards, your cards will be carefully packed in a letterbox-sized box, so there’s no need to wait in for your postie.

Orders of 11 cards or more will be sent in a larger parcel box.

We take care to make sure everything is safely and securely packaged before it leaves our little corner of the world.
