Refund policy

We hope you absolutely love your Olivia’s Little Joys order. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received.

If you’d like to arrange a return, simply email rosanna@oliviaslittlejoys.com with your order details and some information about why you’d like to return your item. Please include images of the item where appropriate.

We’ll then provide you with the details you need to send your order back.

Please note that all returns must be authorised by us before being sent back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original packaging
• Unused and still sealed
• Returned in a resalable condition

The cost of returning an unwanted item is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Something not quite right?

Although we package every order with lots of care, sometimes things can happen along the way.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at rosanna@oliviaslittlejoys.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order details along with clear photos of the damage or fault.

We’ll make sure it’s put right for you and will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Please get in touch with us before sending any damaged or faulty items back, as all returns need to be authorised first.
